lol...supposedly not told..

hax..ain's coming back once in a while..yay..
and well..my thumb is better..dat's why i'm blogging...
and it works when u burst it..
but it's damn gross..
now i have this cut that kind of exposes my flesh a bit..hax..

yar the mintakak cheer is easy to rmb cos we made it up at the last minute...hax..

tkguides camp' 06

camp was fun...
except dat i have a SWOLLEN, BURNT THUMB!!!
after gadgets which sucked
we had water games on day one cos of bad weather...
and mintaka scored the highest...YAY!!
hax..lol...
then we had tent pitching...
why are we so unlucky...our tent was torn and had to find another one...
ended up with a torn one still and the poles did not fit so it was the weirdest tent ever...
our flysheet was bigger than the tent a lot...
could not sleep in tent and did nightwatching duty in void deck...
NIGHT WALK was quite funny...
saw amanda tan running into toilet when entering..so obvious..
i was laughing wif limin all the way in the toilet..
the more we laugh, the harder amanda breathed...hax.

zahirah came at the wrong time..hax..
jogged to east coast for telematch...
the paper balls were freaking hard to find...
and well...got super wet in the sea...
jogged back for outdoor cooking...
everyone had problems keeping the fire going thruout...
i was trying to transfer some flames wif newspaper frm nina's pit to ours when...
OW....my thumb....burnt liao
so couldn't continue...had to apply medicine...
my whole thumb was trembling when ain tried to apply medicine...
she was still scolding me...lah...sighz..then my thumb was numb...
the others played blindey guidey...while i watched...sad.

last day..so fast...we striked our tents..and mintaka ppl enjoyed squeezing the ACS tent..
it was so big lah...
and we wrote a note on the tent we slept in which was like this:
Mintaka Patrol
-no tent bag
-no poles
-no pegs
-no guylines
-a big hole
everything is not there except the tent.
crazy ppl...hax...
went to eat ice-cream wif camp challenge ppl...
and they kept cheering mintaka cheer...wth can...

bsy bsy term 3

i just came back from the meeting in school abt guides campfire on 12 Aug.
well...we gonna have to stay back twice a week to do campfire preperations...not including normal friday sessions..
the good thing is dat we have more time to prepare for campfire...and can do more stuff during weekly guides sessions on friday...
the bad thing is dat...i will be chao busy...but then not like i'm the only one...

YAY....they used MY idea...my CRAZY IDEA for the campfire....
well..hope everything turns out well...the mams are really a great help...lah...
we inviting 24 schools...hope like 20 schools will turn up...
and we gonna have to be RESHUFFLED into different patrols for the coming june CAMP...
why????....sighz...but then if all the 8 ppl frm camp challenge gets seperated...we can do the PEANUT song...WHERE'S THE PEANUT??....

it's like the second week of the holidays and i've not done any homework...or projects..
just sent my legacy project to sabrina and meeting up for geog. tmr...
wel..i just printed out my heymath assignment..hope i will do it...
my whole holidays is almost totally occupied by guides...camp and stuff...

Camp Challenge

i'm back from Camp Challenge...

it was so fun and we realised we dunnoe a LOT of stuff...

well...we didn't do dat bad...our ranking was among the average lah...

~Day One~

we had the whole day to set up the campsite..

first we had problems wif our est div' camp layout cos the guiders weren't there..

then we got the big PVC tents which was quite ok...for ppl who never used it like us...

we had lunch b4 our gadgets-making started..

we seperated ourselves to do drink stand(which we didn't use in the end), washing area(the super strong one) and a notice board...

while doing, they asked for one rep. to go chop firewood...i was so enthu and volunteered...

chopping firewood was fun and i learnt the safer way frm the uncle there...while the rest were singing and tying...

felt evil that i didn't help the others so went back...to find them rushing...

went to help maxine who was tying the last parts of the washing area herself...so poor thing...

saw damai gadgets..super creative...

i couldn't sleep dat nite cos i got pushed to the grass...the whole tent was vibrating when we laughed esp. when phoebe laughs...the whole grouindsheet just moves...

and then divya told us abt her toilet story...where she woke yunting nxt to her to go toilet but then yunting just opened her eyes....and then went back to sleep...divya got so pissed..and went herself...hax...

~Day Two~

this is the best day!!! we including mam muhadah could not stop laughing at our crap...

we went for the amazing race thing wif mam muhadah...

our first station was at national libaray...where divya made a fool of herself wif the "learning styles" guy....for the namecard thing...hax...

then we went to bugis to go little india and we kind of confused ourselves wif the changing of stations thing...and ended up embarassing ourselves by coming in and going out of the train...hax..everyone was looking at us...

dat's not all...we were on our way to the parliment house (which was wrong) when...the others heard banging on the metal railing of some shophouse and thot ppl was locked in...and tried helping the ppl by asking if they need help..when they were juz working inside..lol....so crap..

while alighting at boon lay...i accidentally kicked a lady's slipper on the train...i said sorry...but the others could not stop laughing at me...evil ppl...

we were super hyper in the night b4 our item was judged...we kept singing and cheering...

heard dat mam muhadah sang for the others when we were doing the dishes...and i think her voice quite good..we wanted an encore but she refused....

when we did our item..we were quite nervous and made a HUGE mistake...

we went on crapping in the tent b4 sleeping..like divya and her brownie song...

~Day Three~

today we had to do outdoor cooking...we realised how different it was frm the old TKG method in school...

we dun need a aluminium foil to cover the ground before starting the fire and there's no wire mesh provided...u're supposed to cook all the food on ambers and not fire...

we were caught offhand...so blur and we used firewood (punk) more than twigs and kindlings...

had to chop firewood wif phoebe and got attacked by red ants...

we had to cook by wrapping wif aluminium foil and just put it on the ambers...

so different..u cannnot blame us for being blur...

we had to cook bamboo rice, orange cake, bread toast and fish...in 3 hours time..cleaning up included...

we ended up all crying from the smoke and the blowing of the fire....

then we had lunch b4 the telematch for each division started...

quite fun lah..had a few rounds and i did the turning round the pail 10 times thing b4 collecting water...so giddy lah...

we had so much time to bond before the campfire started cos we didn't want to bathe since we were going home soon...thru out the whole 4 days camp..we just bathed once...i guess we stinked...but then who cares...it was fun...

we played divya's one word game and i tried taking candid shots of ppl but they didn't let me..

and i fell FLAT on my back cos i tripped on the tent pegs...so funny...everyone laughed their heads at me again...

the campfire was not as organised as wad it supposed to be...but then well...

everyone were so tired so they all slept quite early...

~Day Four~

the last day...we stinked...and seriously need a shower...

we strike the tent and untied our gadgets...

we cleaned the toilet till everyone had splinters on their hands...due to the brush...

nina and maxine enjoyed removing them with the tweeers...

damai won first and dunman high got second...cedar got third...

expected these winners lah...

it was a great experience...hope our current sec1 batch gets to go...cos it's a once-in-2years thing...yup..so we train them now....
